Cute comfortable, quiet studio 11 with Carpark

A really great studio which was a very decent size. A brilliant location despite being out of the city(train station 6mins walk away). Very comfortable bed and studio has a lovely balcony and communal garden.

It was great that all towels(hand and bath) were provided, but perhaps a couple of tea towels would have been good. Also a blind/ curtain on the kitchen window. But these are small issues.

It was clean, it gave me a place to lay my head after competing.

No aircon, no real privacy, everyone had front doors open to let the natural air in, walk past everyone, curtains not dark enough outside security light, shinning through window and curtain at night when i wanted to go to bed . Late advice of no rubbish bags provided, get rid of own rubbish 🤔 advised no towels provided however 2 were?? Hot water on a timer, kitchen window, no curtain for privacy which becme noisy when windy.. weird unicorn design everywhere, which included large stuffed unicorn cushions. TV wasnt working. Very small bathroom

good water pressure quiet location nice suburb comfy bed table, sofa nice useful kitchen was decent enough host was responsive to my questions use of vacuum good wifi

Small nit-picky things: I had a lot of chill flies staying with me no bin in bathroom no bin bags is kinda silly no blind on kitchen window no placemats curtains are weak, with bright light outside headboard bangs the wall some areas could be cleaner

The bed was very comfortable and there was a vacuum I could use to immediately clean when I wanted. Grateful for the plates/cups and cooking elements

The theme of the room is more appropriate for children or those who like unicorns. The windows were dirty and bathroom sink is tiny. There was a broken chair and it smelled damp. I got bitten many times by mosquitoes (thinking now it would be the case with the surrounding trees etc)

The place was clean and tidy.

The stairs going up to the unit was something I did not like, as I had to carry a heavy luggage.
