El trato del personal en todo momento, llegamos a la tarde, se implicaron con la limpieza, incluso a la hora de marchar nos dejaron más tiempo para que los niños disfrutaran de la playa. Tuve un contratiempo con un material en la casa, y no tomaron a mal, al contrario, en todo momento preocupación absoluta por nuestra estancia. Maurice, un cielo de persona. Las personas de la limpieza, un diez.. muy recomendable, primera línea de playa.. la terraza para los desayunos y las cenas comidas etcétera fabulosa

No haber podido estar más tiempo... Un pelín caro, pero estamos en agosto

There was nothing to like.

Well, to start the instructions where cleared, video was “sent” but it was impossible to open. Once I got the right place, the box with the keys were not there, to enter the property you need an electronic key and know how to open an unopening door. Then once I got there the place was dirty. There was HOLE in the bedroom ceiling, water running down the walls, the broken ceiling still on the floor and water everything in the bedroom. After dealing with the host, well the KNEW about the problem, they just didn’t bothered to tell me so I could just find it on my check-in at 3pm. The host was expecting for me and my family to stay in a DAMP, wet and hazardous bedroom with a 2yr old. Also I had to greet the workers, and wait there until further instructions. Totally unacceptable, yet no refund has been made to this day.
