Communication was great. Location was excellent. The facilities provided were ok, albeit needed some tlc. I want expecting a five star hotel, for the price we paid. Neighbours were friendly and quiet.

The bed linen and towels were washed, however a number of previous tenants/residents must have been heavy smokers as I woke up every morning with the smell of stale smoke clinging to my clothes and hair. The property did not smell very nice, and needs some TLC. I recommend replacing the duvet and pillows, perhaps install a smoke detector in the living/bedroom area to act as a deterrent.

The location was excellent

The bed was super comfortable and the flat was quiet. It had been decorated with style. I was not bothered about anything or anyone even one bit. The host obviously practices good Cleanliness techniques, as the apartment was well clean and fresh. I will repeat my stay again.

The location of the property in that block of flats because some of the tenants look very strange and the building a bit scruffy and an impression of lack of property safety.

Where do i start? The accommodation was filthy, bits of the flooring were missing, there were no towels, two broken and unsafe tables in the lounge, no toiletries provided and the worst part was the smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector had both been removed. And the attitude of the staff having been sent a message of complaint was basically if you didn't like it you should have gone somewhere else. But will not issue any form of a refund! My advice? Avoid at all costs

Room and bathroom was very dirty and smells very bad odour

Bags were packed under the bed and bed and duvet sheets were not washed looks very dirty, this place is not safe and clean. I will not recommend it for anyone.

Good conditions, a small place but spacious in the same time, perfect for a shortly trip ☺️

The outside of the apartment block and the shared access to the apartment is very dirty. It appeared as if the bedsheets had not been changed and on inspecting the bed, there were "bits" on the top sheet. I decided I did not want to stay and booked into a hotel some miles away. On contacting the owner about this to gain a refund I was met with a refusal and was told that there was spare bedding in the wardrobe if I'd wanted to have changed it myself. Not quite the reaction I was expecting! And, of course, I wouldn't recommend the property in any way and nor will I ever be booking it again. It's actually tarnished my use of booking.com also.
