GBVery quaint, beautifully appointed and excellent customer care. Just a pity we didn’t know how beautiful Da Lat was beforehand as we would have stayed longer. If anyone else is considering this hotel, don’t hesitate, just book it. You won’t be disappointed. They also have a tailoring service which I was disappointed not to have had the time to take advantage of.

KRAUThis is an exceptionally well-run hotel with management who understand quality improvement and customer service concepts. It is a new renovation and well designed with modern comfortable furniture and fittings. However, it was the many little touches that makes this small boutique hotel a grade above the rest e.g. supply of earplugs even though windows are double glazed; a mini bottle of healing Frankincense oil to ease the day’s stress and a great bath supplied with bath salts in the deluxe suites. Staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful.
