"Very comfortable apartment in La Latina"

This apartment is located in the La Latina district, which is the centre of small bars, pubs, cheaper restaurants and tapas. The apartment has been recently renovated and has all the modern conveniences you would require for a short stay in Madrid. The bed was comfortable and had a nice rain shower.
Because you are in the heart of La Latina, it can be noisy on weekends, despite double glazing and an external shutter. It was still worth it to be in such a good spot in a great apartment.

O espaço é bastante central. Próximo de muitos espaços muito interessantes. Excelente proximidade de transportes. Os equipamentos também são muito bons. Decoração minimalista mas de excelente gosto. Excelente experiência.
No fim de semana a zona é bastante agitada, com bastante vida noturna. Se precisar dormir cedo a insonorização não é suficientemente eficaz. Nos restantes dias é uma zona muito calma.

Clean, New, Very Noisy Neighborhood
They requested a PHONE CALL for advising my arrival. They don’t accept the use of WhatsApp and I am an International traveler with only data roaming. However the person who give me the keys contact me by WhatsApp. Why??? Also they requested a 300 Euro Deposit. First time that this happened to me and I am not sure if the amount or if the policy is stated before making my reservation. I only hope that the deposit is returned on time in exactly the same prompt form that they request it. And also 2 days before my departure they asked for my leaving time. They can wait a little more to start planning my departure ??? What a rude person. Also one sheet bed was dirty. I send a picture to the person who gives me the keys. Not a single action in response.
