Absolutely the worst experience ever! I booked and paid in full, only for the host to cancel my reservation without any notice. To make it worse, they disappeared and were completely unresponsive when I tried to contact them. I was left stranded with no place to stay, Has to book other hotel. This host is a complete scammer and should not be trusted. They take your money and vanish. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It’s disgraceful that someone operates like this! Be warned and stay far away! In that case booking.Com was also non responsive. Till now haven't recieved my money back from booking.com.

The Lobby Staff she is friendly. The location is just 5-10mins walk to NAIA Terminal 3 through the bridge.

YOUR BED FRAME ARE BROKEN. WHEN YOU OPEN THE FRIDGE IT SMELLS LIKE SEWER. THE PILLOWS INCLUDING THE SPARES IN YOUR CABINET ARE ALL YELLOW STAINED. THE RUBBISH BIN AND THE KITCHEN CABINETS HAVE SMALL COCKROACHES - MOSTLY DEAD AND DISPLAYING ON THE WALL THE QUILT AND THE BED SHEET DOESN’T LOOK LIKE IT HASN’T BEEN REPLACED SINCE YOUR LAST GUEST.

They are trying to extort money from us. You know the problem. we have another reservation on march 17th to 19th. I hope this can be resoved by then so i can change this survey . please call me 1-414-333-4797 . I don't like surveys because it affects some people that have no control over what happened. Like the receptionist who was nothing but nice. I normally don't give bad surveys. No one there even ask if I was ok. I hurt my knee because of something they neglected to fix or even mark with safety markers. Even afterwards. They finally marked it after it happened to another person. A filipino. The guard came out of his shack never ask if I was ok. Just said I would have to pay. He didn't see anything and when I ask the management team the next day to look at the video. He said they don't have one. . I'm so sorry I don't like to complain. But I didn't break that light pole. How could I have done that.
