Deluxe little cabin 2 min stroll to Kern River

Location. Close to family at Rivernook Campground for our family reunion.

Very expensive with a large price increase from last year. Shower pressure was like a fire hose. Extra charge for family coming over for dinner was ridiculous. Air conditioner was broken the first night before replacing the next day after complaining.

The location beautiful cabin on the river

Great location right on the river with amazing views. Short drive into the national forest. Staff were great. Our cabin was perfect for a family of 4 and it was a short walk into kernville to the restaurants and bars.

Just one aircon unit for the cabin, it was a little noisy to leave on through the night, but even in August the temperature dropped enough in the evening so the cabin was fine.

Excellent location, grandchildren loved the fishing on the river. The Cain was clean, rustic and cute. We would stay there again.

Property was extremely clean

The whole experience was exceptional. I have been camping in the area for many years and tried this cabin for a change. The cabin fit all of my needs and then some. The fire pit, barbeque and picnic table were an added bonus. Plenty of great fishing and local stores/restaurants completed the package. I plan on coming back with the rest of the family this summer.
