New, clean, airy, light pleasant scent, air conditioner worked well on each floor, good water pressure and drainage, 4.5 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, good layout, pictures are true, kitchen is amazing, very good appliances, well stocked toilet paper in each bathroom, plenty of clean towels provided. Good neighborhood. Good host.

Dryer did not work. Host replaced it with a brand new dryer on the last day. This is a minor inconvenience and did not affect the overall experience too much. Host did not communicate regarding checking in process before the check in time until asked. This made us feel uneasy at first, (partly due to property had very few reviews prior) but later on communication was good.
