GBthe house was clean and tidy. the location was good for NEC as long as used roads not public transport.
The oven didn't work, wallpaper peeling off the kitchen ceiling, no curtains in the living room, not enough crockery or glasses for a large group. decor was tired and the bathroom was smelly.

No washing machine No cutlery Plus they asked a 75 pounds deposit which I payed , then after they payed back only 60 with the excuse of having one bed sheet stained. I find this very sad especially when you renting on booking at working people.
GBGBGBVery nice location and very close to family. Nice and clean and the neighbourhood was excellent. Plenty of rooms for large family if they wished to stay.
Needs upgrading in certain areas but it's not a major problem
