Ovikoodi systeemi toimi erittäin mainiosti. Kannattaa mainita huoneistossa olevat ruokailuvälineet huoneiston esittelyssä (otin mukaan varmuuden vuoksi omat välineet, turhaan). Ilmalämpöpumppu oli erittäin hyvä varuste huoneistossa. Sauna oli kanssa erittäin hyvä.

Suurin haitta, alueen läpiajoliikenne yön aikana, mopot olivat erittäin äänekkäitä, samoin jälkimäisenä yönä erittäin äänekäs auto ajoi ohi. Huoneistossa saisi olla tuolit kahdelle, jotta ei tarvitse istua korkeilla tuoleilla (en tykkää baarijakkaroista) tai sängyllä (ymmärrän kyllä, että on myös tila kysymys). Tulen jatkossakin käyttämään näitä palveluita.
