Belfast Quarters: Modern City Centre Hub 3 Bed

The location was brilliant! Walking distance to most things of interest for us. On site parking meant the hire car was secure. The apartment was comfortable.

Tea/coffee was supplied to get us by until we went shopping. Key instructions and how to gain access was very helpful on arrival.

Dishes (clean) were left in the dishwasher when we arrived, the only glass left in the cupboard was chipped (that ended up getting broken by us as we had left it out on the side)

The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was a great location to walk to the main centre and was also lovely and peaceful. We had a lovely 3 night stay

We were given the wrong code to access the box for the keys, this caused some stress when we arrived. I messaged and was given the code quite quickly but had needed to park the car up and pay for some parking whilst sorting it out

Lack of storage and hanging hooks etc and some maintenance issues ** These issues were raised with the manager and have since been rectified

Perfect location for being in the middle of city, extremely close to shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions. We really liked that the property had parking, which none of the hotels could offer. After full-on days exploring, it was really beneficial to have our own apartment to relax in. When staying in a hotel you are required to vacate the rooms, whereas at this apartment you could come and go at your leisure. Excellent property and an enjoyable stay. Tea, coffee, toiletries, and kitchen cleaning items were provided, which was thoughtful and appreciated.

The street outside can be a bit noisy in the early hours as people walked home from clubs and bars. It wasn't a massive problem, but if you're a light sleeper it may briefly wake you.

The location is fantastic and check in/check out was very easy. Decent facilities with a good kitchen, washing machine, iron, kettle and towels. The rooms are a good size and the apartment is great for a city break with friends.

The flat is ultimately not in good condition. The whole place needs a very thorough clean and the facilities fixed (eg. Broken plugholes and door handles). Although the flat looks clean at first sight, there is a strong smell of damp and this was further confirmed when we discovered mushrooms growing in the ensuite bathroom. The sofa needs a deep clean as it has many dried in stains. The kettle either needs replaced or thoroughly descaled, it's not really acceptable. The bedding and towels all had small stains. The extraction fans in the bathrooms were covered in dust. I expected better for the price we paid, with a really thorough clean and fix up it would be a great place but in it's current state, it was quite disappointing really.

Loved the central location of the property and the underground parking was a great bonus. Great communications before during and after our stay it’s a beautiful place only about 5 minute walk from city hall
