INThe location is good and the staff is helpful. Nice breakfast. The landmass is big The 4 bed Villa was excellent.
They Need to develop a bit more rationally. The Villa internally needs to be maintained and cleaned. Housekeeping staff needs to be increased to take care of cleanliness. Needs a games room for TT, pool table, fuseball, chess etc.

INClean, spacious rooms and Bathrooms. Friendly front desk staff. Mr. Micheal. He called a week earlier adking me about any meal choices, any allergies or something we did not like and a general introduction of the prperty.
Everything was in order as mentioned.
INThe villa was clean and the outdoor area and pool were good. Value for money
We were not provided the keys to the villa and everytime we had to depend on the resort employees to come and open the doors, very inconvenient. Food package... considering 1399 per head, would have expected more variety in the buffet served across lunch, dinner and breakfast.

INThe place is lovely, and the pool is big and nice. The rooms are also spacious, the bathrooms are huge and everything was clean. We were an all women group and it felt very safe and comfortable. The staff is available but not intrusive. I could speak to the manager through whatsapp. The Wifi was on and off, and slow though
We had a billing of upwards of 25000 but they insisted i pay for ice. ICE! and it was 200 rupees. They didn't tell us it was charged and when we were leaving, they insisted that they could not waive off this charge. It left a really bad taste in our mouth.
