The staffs were all cooperative and courteous. Overall stay was comfortable. Food was good and portion was more than enough. Location is good, away from city. And despite accessible to road, no traffic noise. Separate pools available for every villa

5 years and above are charged as adults, amounting to food wastage. Power Cuts and Wifi, mobile signals were not available. Bedside charging plugs were not installed on both the sides.

The greenery

I honestly don’t understand how Baya Resort markets itself as a premium stay when the reality was so disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the basics were handled poorly. For a group of 8, they handed us only 6 towels — and those weren’t even clean, which was completely unacceptable. The bathroom essentials were laughably cheap and, to our shock, even expired. On top of that, the handwash was clearly diluted with water. Not something you’d expect when you’re paying resort rates. To make matters even worse, all the toilet seats in our villa were broken — and I even have photo evidence of this. We were also told the villa had a RO water dispenser, but what good is that when they only gave us 10 flimsy paper cups to use? The actual glasses provided were disgustingly stinky and dirty, making them completely unusable. For a “villa experience,” they claim every room is provisioned with amenities like a tea/coffee maker, but shockingly, there wasn’t even a single one in the entire villa. Every time we wanted tea or coffee, we had to ask staff and then wait nearly an hour to receive it. If the machines were actually there as promised, we could have easily made it ourselves without this ridiculous delay. The so-called air conditioning was another joke. While the main hall’s AC worked, the individual room units wouldn’t even switch on, and remotes were missing altogether. The microwave was only for show too, since its plug didn’t fit into any of the nearby switchboards — making it completely useless. The pictures on their website are misleading too. They mostly highlight the larger, prettier properties, while the smaller villas (like the one we got) look nothing like the images. Even the swimming pool was far smaller than what the pictures suggested—a real letdown. To make matters worse, the resort management were also very discriminatory towards us — we weren’t even provided basic bottled water, let alone the level of service one would reasonably expect.

It is spacious and has a vibe to it.

The working staff did all they could to help with situation Aditi, Sanjana , Raju and all other working staff the owners and management seem oblivious to the state of the villa

The villa we were allotted was FULLY leaking in the living room and kitchen all over the kitchen top the fridge the microwave which is both bad and dangerous since we had senior citizens and kids And seems like the linkage has been there since a while the plastic they have tied on top of the roof instead of sloping out the water has instead collected all of it like a pool and continually leaking on making the floor slippery and electrical appliances dangerous to use One of our senior citizen had a fall as we entered the villa as the floor was wet and mats put were more like skates /slipping In the morning all the garbage (not from our villa ) in a large can left out side by the hotel was spread all across the entrance of the villa and smelling so couldn’t open the door till it was cleaned All the pictures put on booking.com are misrepresenting and old probably taken when the property was new and they took a 50% advance forcing us to stay there with no choice a lot of stand alone Indian properties on booking.com insist on a advance or they threaten to cancel the booking which needs to be looked into whenever we have booked at any other bigger properties we pay at arrival

Big spacious rooms, with big bathrooms, good service and prompt response by housekeeping.

No TV in rooms No restaurant, food served in lobby area. Chapati served in evening seemed to leftovers from lunch Small resort with only 8 rooms and 3 bungalows

Very conveniently located in beautiful green surroundings of natural beauty. We stayed in the 4 BHK villa which is large and spacious with good interiors and its own private pool outside. Excellently managed by their manager Mr Michael who made every effort to ensure that we had a very comfortable stay. Very effective and efficient service provided by their superb team comprising Ms Sanjana, Nirmal, their chef Anthony Menezes who churned out mouthwatering meals as well as all other team members. A big thank you to the entire team. Do keep up the good work !!! We will be back soon

Overall property is good and there is a lot of greenery around. There are three different pool's for different villas. The pool is very well lit and is open even in the night. I travelled with my tow dogs and staff was very much welcoming. The rooms are super spacious with cute small balcony's. The lighting arrangement is also nice inside and outside for the night time. Only down side was the kitchen part. I understand that there cannot be food during specific hours of the day but getting a basic chai Or a quick sandwich should be available atleast at 10am in the morning. Rest all is awesome, recommended for stay and have fun.

The property was well-maintained, and the premium luxury rooms were top-notch, clean and very well maintained. Location was superb.
