Yard was not fully secure to leave the dogs unattended (gap at the top of the stairs leading from driveway). Considering the purpose to stay is for holidays, 10am check out is too early. Would have been awesome if the pool was heated - a bit too chilly to use it

ZAThe location was great with expansive views of the ocean and situated within a nature reserve with incredible fynbos and zebra. The house was spacious with great common areas and very comfortable beds with good linen.
There wasn’t anything to dislike about this house and its facilities. The only recommendation would be to provide bath sheets instead of the small bath towels.
ZAViews from the living and entertainment areas unbeatable. You might be able to find comparable views but not better views.
The only negative aspect was the build in braai. Due to the poor installation the smoke pours out from the sides, which make it extremely smokey in the braai area and very unpleasant. This could easily be rectified but based on the smoke stains this is going on for a long while.

Just for the owner's information the shutters facing the sea need attention. the plug surrounds in some of the basins in the bathrooms need a good clean.
