From the first communication with Frederico, to the location, check-in, space (clean, tech, all amenities) to check-out, it was a flawless experience. It was much better than our high expectations, and I'm a frequent global Booking customer. Recommended 100%

Literally nothing. And that's a first.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, with enough beds and bathrooms for 5 people. I chose this apartment bcuz it was conveniently located near Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and other Madrid tourist destinations. The accommodation was modern and clean. There are knick knacks and decorations that are nice, but there are also a lot of stuff and decorations that make the room very crowded and overly decorated. But it's a question of taste, no offense meant. The owner, Frede, was kind enough to let us drop off our luggage before check-in.

The apartment is in an old building. We were quite concerned as we didn't see any fire escape! The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with 1 main door entrance and a small alley shared by 4 or 5 other apartment owners. One of the male neighbors saw us at the entrance, and told us not to make noise as he could hear everything. Okey! The street is closed to cars and public transportations, so we were dropped off by taxis hundreds of meters from the apartment.This was very inconvenient on our part as we were traveling with luggages (visiting 5 European countries). The access to the accommodation was complicated. We had to pick up the keys from a locker located on a different street. It wasn't far, but still, it was inconvenient. We were requested by the owner to return the keys to the same locker upon check- out, but I told the owner I'll leave the keys at the apartment. He didn't agree at first, but I told him we are all women and will not drag our luggage at 3 o'clock in the morning to go to another street just to leave the keys. There were different kinds of people loitering in the street while we were waiting for an Uber to bring us to the airport at 3 AM. Some were drunk, and a couple of guys asked us for money.

The apartment is very clean and beautifully furnished, well-equipped with laundry and dishwasher liquids, and offers streaming services. It has an elevator and is centrally located. Frede, the owner, is highly communicative and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay.

AMAZING LOCATION! CANNOT GET BETTER! The apartment is HUGE for European standards. Six people fit easily! Gorgeous furniture and very well appointed. Three bathrooms!!!!!! Two showers!!!!! It has everything and I mean absolutely everything you need. Parking was nearby and paid but definitely worth it, space was big enough to fit a BMW x5. The host is very flexible and did his best to accommodate my needs in terms of payment and need for parking.

Nothing. Don't second guess yourself and just book this place.
