Bellissima vista dal balcone

All’arrivo nella struttura l’abbiamo trovata senza acqua corrente, abbiamo contattato il numero d’emergenza su whatsapp il quale ci dice che è probabilmente un problema della zona in cui alloggiavamo, chiamiamo chi gestisce la rete idrica in quella zona e ci confermano che non vi era nessun guasto in quella zona, se non un problema della nostra struttura, confermato da un tecnico arrivato sul posto. In tutto ciò la struttura continuava ad affermare che fosse un problema della zona in cui alloggiavamo, finché non sono stati smentiti dal gestore della rete idrica. Nel frattempo la struttura temporeggiava per risolvere il problema dopo che il tecnico ha detto che si trattava di un lavoretto banale che al massimo avrebbe portato via un’ora di lavoro. La struttura in tutto ciò pur di non chiamare un idraulico dato che si trattava di sabato e domenica ci ha fatti stare 2 notti (metà del soggiorno) senza acqua, quindi impedendoci di lavarci, cucinare pulire ecc. Ovviamente Booking era al corrente di tutto, ma la struttura si è sempre rifiutata di rimborsarci quanto da noi richiesto. Inoltre sempre la struttura non è stata in grado di trovarci una soluzione migliore. Ci ha lasciati così allo sbaraglio costringendoci a lavarci con bottiglie dell’acqua da noi comprate, senza trovarci una struttura alternativa e che se l l’avessero trovata avremmo dovuto sborsare noi altri soldi . Sono stati anche incoerenti nelle opzioni proposte per i rimborsi tanto da presentare un rimborso addirittura inferiore da quello dichiarato da loro inizialmente.

The views from the balconies and bedroom were spectacular, with large windows that could be easily opened. The location was convenient to Grande Pevero Beach, which we found to be the best in the area. There are also a few well-stocked supremarkets nearby. The layout was great. The appliances worked well, including the combined washing machine and dryer. The lighting upstairs in the kitchen/dining room was very well done, with lots of options to fit various situations. Decorations throughout were nice. The upstairs bathroom and shower were convenient when coming back from the beach. The furniture on the main balcony was nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and dinnerware.

While it was good for us, the road from the unit to the assigned parking spot was steep. The stairs down to the bedrooms could be problem for small children or people with limited mobility. The ventilation hood above the cooktop is installed but not yet actually connected to a vent or power.

Amazing view, great location, beautiful community! Very peaceful. 2 large balconies! 3 bathrooms with showers. Only 5min drive to center of Porto Cervo (it’s not really walkable)

It would be great to have such a basic items like a hand soap (not asking for a shampoo) Also, electric water kettle could be useful. Garbage disposal requirement are very confusing a specialty when you stay only for few nights.
