GBNeat and tidy house with comfortable sitting room and small but very functional kitchen. We were staying for one night visiting nearby friends and so it met all our requirements. Comfortable beds and decent bathroom with a very good shower. Pleasant garden, though lacking garden furniture. Ample parking space. Host quick to respond to contacts
With only one night in the property, we were not really inside the house for very much time - no significant issues.
GBHouse was nicely situated far back off the road, with a good carpark. Not a long drive to the NEC and a quiet neighbourhood... House was very clean and spacious...
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable as it is one you put together, this could easily be resolved if a good thick mattress topper was provided...
