Luxurious Central Grand Home w/ 3BEDRM 2BATHRM

Rooms were quite spacious with most of them air conditioned. Kitchen and bathrooms had all the amenities we expected including towels, soap, utensils, kettle etc. Location was excellent with easy access to tram, buses, and trains. It was easy to access and we got prompt replies to any questions we had.

Bathrooms/toilet did not have locks which was challenging with 3 families including 4 kids. The lift was quite small which meant we had to do 2-3 trips to go up and down. The washing machine door was oddly placed which meant that it could only be opened a quarter of the way.

Really pretty decor and great value for money Very attentive hosts. They were so quick to reply if we needed anything like extra towels The apartment was spacious and very comfortable Uses a code instead of a key which was very good for us as a group of 5

The only thing I’d say is the bathroom on the corridor did have a slight “drainage” smell. Nothing overpowering but noticeable. Definitely not something that ruined the stay. Would still go back

The apartment is spacious and good value for money. The location is good. Also, the staff are very helpful.

We liked to have a big space. I came with a colleague so it was to have different bathrooms. Good position, centric. Really clean sheets and towels. The room in the middle was comfortable as well. The host Bryan was really nice and helpful.

There were small details we didn’t like: The house was quite cold, and only a part of the apartment had heating. No nespresso machine The door of the Shower in one of the bathrooms was not closing correctly and the water was going a bit everywhere. Also that same bathroom was quite smelly. One of the rooms facing the Main Street is noisy, we can hear an ambulance every 30’.

The apartment was close to the railroad station by which we came, which was ideal. It is on the edge of the central district which is good. Having two bathrooms and two toilets was useful for a group of 7. I'd say that's about the ideal number of people this apartment is made for. There are 3 double beds (which are kind of narrow) and 2 sofas that can be made into beds. The apartment itself is nice, I wouldn't call it "luxurious" but it's clean and fairly new.

The two rooms with windows into the main street had such a weak sound proofing that it felt like you've had open windows the whole time. Considering it was on a very busy street with tram lines, sleeping was difficult. Also during our stay there was a "surprise" repair of cabinet doors in the kitchen which wasn't announced beforehand. We weren't aware of any scheduled maintenance and only by chance some people from our group were present at the apartment. I'm not saying it was necessarily bad, just seemed strange to do such a minor repair during weekend while the apartment was beeing rented.

Every thing was perfect and the host was so helpful
