2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Very Popular City Centre Apartment

Easy directions on how to collect the keys. 5 minute walk from the accommodation and easy to follow instructions. The host was lovely, easy to communicate with and willing to allow us to check in early. The view is amazing and the location from the centre is 5/10 min walk. There is a Q park which is 2 minute walk from the accommodation which is £25 for 24 hours. The bedding was clean and there were numerous clean towels which is also a bonus. The location and cost is deffo worth it if you just need somewhere to Kip after a night out.

The keys were in an opposite direction to where we parked so we had to walk past the property to get the keys and then had to walk back to the accommodation. We also had to drop the keys off the following morning. The property is clearly well used. It reminds me of student accommodation. There were fresh towels and the bedding was very clean. However, the kitchen deffo needs a renovation as it looks outdated and damaged. The the lighting in the main bathroom also flickers like crazy and also needs replacing.

Clean and great location.

No car park. One key fob between 5 people. Intercom didn’t work. One lift didn’t work, second door wouldn’t open on floor. Lightbulbs need replacing. Very basic, not luxury - needs a lot of TLC. Key pick up from shop that was a 10 minute walk away. More student flat than luxury as per description. No welcome pack. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property.

The host was excellent with communication , very helpful and appartment in Excellent Location .Even got an early check in ☺️We stayed with friends and had a fabulous stay .Appartement had everything we needed would stay here again !

There are very few redeeming features of this property. Do not stay here. The code they give you to enter the building does not work despite their claims that it does, and in opposition to the sign on the door that actually states the code no longer works. We were waiting around at 1am in the hope that a different guest or resident would be leaving/arriving to let us in (which the host actually suggested). There was very little concern about our safety or security, and they were very disinterested in helping us. The photos are misleading: the apartment is worn and tattered, with stained rugs, bedding that smelt stale, broken kitchen cupboards, peeling floor boards, windows didn't open and there was no air con or fan... I very rarely leave a 100% negative review but for the amount we paid, this has been one of the worst places I have stayed.

The place was falling apart,gaps in the floor,kitchen cupboard door starting to hang off and was damaged,worktop was chipped,cracked plug socket and one looked burnt,torn sheet on the bed,rust on front of oven door,cupboard in hall full of stuff that could of fallen out and we went with kids! It was clean that's the only positive I can give,it it nothing like the pictures shown,a plug in the bathroom sink stuck aswell and torn shower curtain. Overpriced for the condition.

The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful especially with such huge windows in the living room, extremely spacious clean and cosy a great stay with great location, easy to find and lots of parking available.

We struggled getting into the actual building as the code wouldn’t work or the fob and it was slightly confusing to figure out and have so many steps to access the apartment and having to go to the spar for the key, a few more signs around the property would be ideal as it’s slightly hidden away and we didn’t see the sign well but we got sorted in the end!
