Luxury 2 rooms residence at the heart of Borås

Rymlig lägenhet i renoverad gammal villa. Rent och fräscht. Sovrum med sköna sängar, lugnt och tyst. Vardagsrum med köksdel där allt vi behövde fanns. Parkering på tomten. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam ägare. Definitivt prisvärt.

It is located a short walk from the center in a very safe area, next to a little public park. Very spacious apartment, responsive host, and affordable. Free parking is a plus, and the washing machine, if you need to do any laundry (there is no laundromat in town). Excellent for work trips. Thank you for everything!

The walls are thin. If you want to rest, maybe ask for a top-floor room - other guests with children might not be very quiet during the day. It did not bother me; I was working all the time.

Bell’appartamento con parcheggio e possibilità di caricare l’auto (a pagamento) semplice da trovare. La casa è accogliente e dotata di quello che serve. La cucina è completa di tutto (tranne il freezer) ed è presente un bagno nuovo sicuramente ristrutturato da poco. Siamo stati bene.

Un paio di cose sicuramente da migliorare: 1) l’assenza di un tavolo per poter mangiare. Abbiamo usato il tavolino ma non era sicuramente comodissimo. 2) L’assenza della password del Wi-Fi. Non l’abbiamo trovata ma non era una cosa indispensabile. 3) un paio di dettagli come il rubinetto del bagno allentato ma usabile e l’assenza di 2 comodini in camera (ok c’era una sola sedia usabile allo scopo ma non era molto funzionale)

Goede prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding. Bedden waren erg comfortabel, ook de slaapbank was echt prima. Vriendelijke ontvangst, host reageerde snel op berichtjes. Auto kon voor de deur geparkeerd worden. Ruim appartement. Douche was fijn. Het centrum is op loopafstand, maar nog wel ongeveer 15 minuten lopen.

Paar kleine dingen waren niet zo handig, bijvoorbeeld alleen vrij grote en felle verlichting in de woonkamer. De wastafel in de badkamer was heel klein, waardoor het snel veel water op de grond kwam als je je gezicht wilde wassen. In de slaapkamer was de lat van het rolgordijn kapot, waardoor het moeilijk te bedienen was.

We stayed here for a one-night stop in our drive from Stockholm to Oslo through Gothenburg. It was perfect for that purpose. Free parking, nice and safe setting, spacious, clean, and quiet.

Place is clean and very kids friendly. Beautiful surroundings to enjoy evenings. The host is so nice.
