Papamoa Two Rooms & Kitchenette - Dogs welcome

Location was excellent for us to see family Easy to find It would be a bit tight with four adults only as there isn't a louge area but saying that it suited us

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The hosts were super welcoming and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was being able to bring our dog Poli - it's perfect for pet owners. The location is also a major plus, with Papamoa beach just a short stroll away. If you've got kids, they'll love the playground right next door. Plus, if you're heading to Mercury Baypark, it's only a 7-minute drive away - we'd highly recommend this spot for families with kids playing sports there. The rates are very reasonable too. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Rien du tout,emplacement au fond d'un jardinet,aucune vue. Appartement indigne,cuisinette de 2 M2 pas d'espace même pour s'asseoir,petit dej pris sur le lit,propriétaire insignifiant limite agressif qui nous explique d'il fallait payer le double pour avoir un meilleur hébergement. Très insatisfait.

Tout était pas bon dans cet endroit, le pire de notre voyage, je suis super hôte d'airbnb et je sais de quoi je parle, moi a la place du proprio et voyant notre désarroi, j'aurai prépare un petit dejeuner pour compenser,eux sont partis promener leur chien et leur poussette

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely venue. It's perfectly located—just a short drive to the beach and nearby shops. The garden is nicely sectioned off, making it ideal for our dogs who came along with us. The property features two spacious double bedrooms and a family-sized bathroom. The beds and bedding were of high quality, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. We also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi signal and the convenience of off-street parking for one vehicle. Overall, a wonderful place to stay—highly recommended!

No counter space in kitchen. Maybe add a board to cover the kitchen sink and microwave oven. This can then be used as counter space. Just a suggestion. 🙂

Was meet by the owners, as I did get a lost, but that was my fault due to not reading the instructions properly. The room was nice and warm, shower was nice and strong. Overall I enjoyed my stay will definitely stay again, Thank you so much

The fact that our 2 small dogs could stay with us

The false advertising in the bookings page. They mention a living area with desk. Ther was no living area the 2 bedroom have a desk and chair in it bt ther is certainly no living area. It states its a 2 bedroom apartment, this is a 2bedroom end of house that has had a washing machine removed and they have replaced with a tiny fridge and microwave. The laundry tub is the sink bt i will acknolage how new the tub was. We stays for 7 nights and thers nothing apart from a microwave to make meals, no cookn facilities, thers no coffee machine like it says nor is ther a cloths rack like is also says. The patio is simply mayb a meter wide and 500mm long of pavers otherwse its a very small back strip for the yard and patio they say ther is. “The intire place is yours” it mentions, im wondering what they mean by that? 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a laundy strip swapd with fridge and microwave? Hmmmm its made to sound like thers more? Good size bathroom tho and nice pressure bt 2 occassions my shower went stone cold. The toilet roll holder fell off the second night we were ther. The last 2 nights we had no lights threw the space we were in we had to use lamps for the last 2 nights that we were ther. The noise outside was fine, even the hosts we could not hear, it was a baby / and crying baby that was quite consistant the last 3 or so nights of our stay and not pleasant as came from right threw the wall. Over all i am not happy and would never return here. On the upside if thy took out the false advertising otherwse thy should mayb add a washing machine and a conventional oven sum even hav stoves on the top, sort the water and lighting out and posibly add ther is a baby nxt door so people are alrdy aware of the obviose.
