The location was very good, directly in the heart of the city, close to everything you might need. The apartment was clean and modest, nothing spectacular, but nothing unpleasent either.

The access to the building is done through a link to the external doors and a code to the apartment. While you are granted keys when already inside, we once left the key at home, and the link to the entrance did not work. Being after 23:00, more specifically 23:01, when trying to contact the hosts, the office was closed after 23:00. Indeed, this is written when you book, however, in all the place I've travelled, the hosts were willing to help out. When contacting the agency through Telegram, we were recommended to find a hotel to stay, as there was no way for them to help out. So, in short, even if it was our fault that we left the keys inside (keys we never used prior, as the entrance door was working with the code), it was not our fault that the door was locked and the link did not work, and I find recommending hotels in this case is not something that professionals should do, especially since it was not 3 in the morning. Other than this, the apartment is indeed extremely noisy, as the windows are thin as paper, and the shower is very small, as mentioned in other reviews as well. A few days after our stay, I recevied a request to pay 20 EUR for a broken coffee machine, which we did not break. Before leaving, I washed the pot, even scrubbed it as it had coffee on the bottom, and placed it on the drying shelf, being 100% sure that it was not broken.

Location and matress.

You showed air conditioning units but they don´t work. Although they were not included, it doesn´t explicitly say they are not working in you adv.

Super location. The instructions for checking in were clear and detailed enough for a very smart option. The apartment was well equipped with all stuffs needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was always available was any questions and ready to suggest things to do as well as answer to my requests

I thing it could be more convenient for an energy saving pov that the air conditioners were controlled one by one and no simultaneously. In such a case just one is enough and the other could be switched off. In case of family (or more than 1 guest), it could be better to provide the apartment with a bigger drying rack
