Cozy 2br home w/ parking in downtown Annapolis

The property was in a fantastic location and the communication with the owner was great! This was exactly as shown and we would stay again.

The location and setup of the house was perfect. The property is well kept and the owners responded promptly to my questions. The art work is a nice touch throughout the house. The property is conveniently located to area attractions and is a great spot if you’re in town for business. The parking is a great benefit and is very close by.

The HVAC heating was uneven in the house. The upstairs got very hot which made it a little uncomfortable sleeping. It snowed the night before and the outside was not shoveled. It was a little precarious getting in. I did alert the owners and they apologize that they were able to find someone to shovel and salt the stairs.

I was told they did not receive the completed forms and they threatened to cancel. I had to complete the forms again. They did not apologize for their negligence. I asked for a picnic blanket or lawn chairs to be left at the property for our use at my son’s graduation, they said no.

They had a reserved parking spot for us, which required license number and state, I forgot to add the state, they reminded me so I sent the state, they added it hours after I sent it and we got a citation. I asked them to please take care of it and they refused. There was roadwork including a jackhammer outside our door hammering from midnight to 4:30am. We could not sleep, it was a nightmare for my family, we paid $1500 dollars for 4 nights , I asked if they would compensate us fur the one night we were unable to sleep. Thomas sent me a picture of the street outside that night with nothing there, no time stamp on the pic, he acted as though we were making it up. We called city hall and the verified that notice was sent to the property warning of the roadwork. Kelly and Thomas refuse to work with us in coming to fair terms provided what happened outside their property during our $1500 stay.
