We stayed here for two nights and had a good experience. The host was very responsive, and the apartment had a nice layout with a comfortable bed. It’s surrounded by nature, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs.

It's clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. It is so easy to contact the hostess if there is any issue

Not comfortable for more than two people. The sofa in the living room is not comfortable for sleeping.

It is very clean and well kept. It is quiet and relaxing.

It’s not a huge issue because it cools off at night, but, since there’s no A/C, it can be a bit warm, even with a fan, trying to get to sleep at night.

I liked the surroundings that make you feel like in the woods - you can frog at night (very loud) and birds in the morning. There are also washers and driers which are convenient.

It is like 25-30 mins drive if you want to go to Hilo’s touristy area.

The house was very cozy and well equipped in things we needed. The access is via the code to the door, so we did not have to worry about any key. It was enough space for three of us (2 adults and 1 kids). The bed is big and comfortable. The internet is fast. There is a washing machine and a dryer, which was really helpful after spending couple days on the beach. During the night, you may hear croaking frogs - we loved it! Free parking space was great! The location is around 20min drive from Hilo, but we liked coming back to this lovely place, after spending whole day on different activities. The communication with the owner was great! We would love to be back one day!
