"It was not bad in this price. But few things should be improved for better stay"

It’s spacious as with 3 beds and lot of space for family. Lot of shops around. Near to the beach. 5 mins walk to beach.
There’s no parking space. Only 2 hours paid parking available. There’s lot of stairs to climb. Its door on 1st floor but actual flat start from 2nd and 3rd. Its alright for adults but if you have children. Also some basic things weren’t there like kitchen dishes was liquid, tissues, and the flat lock is terrible to open as its look broken.

"Cheap, clean, run down but near to town!"

Large studio flat, near to everything and very good value.
Located in the "downtown" area of Eastbourne, the flat was very tired (some windows didn't close properly etc) but you get what you pay for! Everything worked well and was clean.

"It was alright, great if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep"

It was clean, everything worked and it was in a good location. It did feel very secure and was great for our weekend getaway with friends, we didn’t spend a lot of time there and used it for sleep which was what we needed
The floor is very uneven and one of the beds in the rooms were broken, the radiator knob was broken but other than that, it was alright
