Clean and nice neighborhood !

Nice & clean

It had the number of bedrooms & bathrooms we needed and there was private parking.

Dust and spider webs were collecting everywhere. Half the doors were falling off the hinges. The towels smelled like mildew. The listing claims to be in plaza district, but is actually half a mile away in a neighborhood that is not walkable or safe. The toilet in the main bedroom didn’t flush. There was a small hole in the floor of the living room. The door code was not secure & would be easy to break in to.

Loved the house and had a great stay!!

A washing Maschine would have been helpful.

It was a really good price for a 2 bedroom two bathroom rental home, very close to downtown attractions, and had a kitchen and fridge and television and a pull out sofa if extra beds were needed. The pet charge was really affordable compared to some other rentals as well. The staff were friendly and messaged halfway through our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything else. The kitchen had basic items and a coffee pot with coffee which was nice as well.

I was under the impression at least from the photos that there would be a fenced in area for dogs to play, however it is not the case. There is a decorative looking fence but it is open on the sides and the back yard seems to belong to the property behind the house, and this property was using the water hose most of the day (we stepped ins stray dogs poop and wanted to hose off our shoes). Thankfully there was a large park nearby to walk out dogs which they enjoyed. Also we would recommended leaving the broom accessible for any spills to be cleaned. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable but for the price it wasn’t bad. Also the area gave a very sketchy vibe, but we didn’t have any negative experiences while staying here. Just a lot of run down and condemned looking properties nearby. Lock your doors.
