Perfect location quite and lovely house

Extra towels and bathroom door handle wasn't fitted so hard to close the door Back door lock a little stiff

All needed facilities were available; Kitchen was well equipped - kettle, microwave, big fridge, washing machine etc. The living room was nice with a big TV (65" I think), internet was fine, lighting was good; the home was generally very clean and everything was functional. Hahaha I mistakenly typed "home". It was actually worth a home.

The mattress in one of the rooms was excessively soft or perhaps old; got my body sinking in. I'm just around 90kg though. Secondly, I'm the kind that visit the bathroom at least once in the middle of the night - going down and up the stair in the midnight wasn't so comfortable (There's almost nothing to be possibly done to change this). Lastly, more description could be added to guide in putting on the Boiler

It was dirty stains and rubbish under sofa no bedding for sofa bed.tap in bathroom very loose.roll up fags all over back garden .plus one sofa for four people but only two can sit down.kitchen table yet again only to chairs so only 2 can sit .washing machine draw kept falling off.needs a paint job as stains all over kitchen and hallway .and it smells mouldy in kitchen and bathroom .

The bed sheet and bed were comfortable, but the stairs were slippery, and we fell easily .

Nothing

It's a very nice house located very close to the Metro, which is convenient, and is only a few stops away from the centre of Newcastle. The sofa and beds were comfy, the fridge freezer was big and able to fit a lot of things. The shower was great! The kitchen had the majority of what you'd need, as did the bathroom and bedroom. They provided extra toiletries which were very handy, as well as tea, sugar and coffee that we could use.

There was no bin in the bathroom, which became very inconvenient for some of my friends. Additionally, there were no baking trays for the oven or an alternative provided, which meant we had to go and buy some more. One half of the toaster was broken, which wasn't necessarily a problem, just a bit inconvenient. The toilet door was also quite difficult to close, and didn't have a lock on it. But overall, these issues were minor and didn't interrupt our stay all that much.

A very handy location with tram access close by. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Very large TV! Great having tea and coffee available.

Extra bedding would have been handy, my bedroom door didn't close easily. A lock on the bathroom would be good.
