There is no view from the window. Depressing view from the roof. Not enough air in the room, I could sleep, the construction of building is so, than if it's raining, you will enjoy "drums". No hairdryer.

I complained about the bathroom door not locking, the cleanliness and the internet. No action until I waited and collared the cleaning and maintenance person. Then on the night before I checked out the problems were resolved. I had to clean my room and the bathroom. This was an expensive stay in a poorly maintained dirty room.

I waited until the end of my stay to express my dissatisfaction with my stay in your etablissement. I find it strange that I was not given the room I reserved, and I was also not informed that my room was changed. I reserved room B01 , which is large room with a sofa and a desk for my comfort during my 9-nights stay. Instead, I spent the first two nights in a very small, poorly ventilated room. Without any communication from your side, I stayed the night because I had no other choice—customer service ends at 7 PM, and I arrived at 9 PM. After communicating with the team they informed me that my room was changed due to an incident, but I should have at least been informed in advance and received an apology. I spent the rest of my stay in another room, and also not the one i reserved. What I also found strange was finding other people leaving the room B01.

Everything. Beds so comfy, nice coffee touches. Bright room
