"Ok for a short stay but long way out of city centre."

Bathroom clean. Shower lovely. Bed comfy. Cheaper than staying in heart of town

Further out of town centre than I expected. Right on busy main road. Kitchenette has no sink. Have to get water from bathroom tap. Microwave behind curtain down low. Need to sit on floor to read dial. Room is attached to end of house & a bit cluttered.

"Host was good power went out and he was over with a tourch and we could pick the oranges"

Breakfast was good location was find for us,not far from taradale shopping centre and napier.Close to a main road but the noise did not bother us

Very well thought out with great little extras in the room. Very affordable. I really appreciated them allowing flexibility with an earlier check in time for my flight time. The oranges were lovely from the tree.

Bedding could have been a little warmer but there were some blankets around that I used (it was colder than usual).

Ideal location for us, close to cycle trails. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was plenty of off-road space to park our car.

A microwave oven would be handy.
