MY1. Close to any interesting place (Mall, Pasar Todak, Tanjung Lipat) 2. Cheap and it's worth 3. Got cleaning tools 4. Lifts are fast 5. Got Pool and a playground with sand. Kids love it so much 6. Sofa bed which can fit my 2 kids and 3 teens 7. Sea view from floor 32 is awesome. Place where you must take pictures. 8. Floor 32 got little gym with a sea view. Really love it. 9. Staff Mr.Kenneth is very helpful and responds fast for any inquiry.

CZPěkný výhled,majitel dobře komunikoval, v domě je mnoho restaurací, také vynikající masáže v prvním patře, parkoviště v domě, klimatizace fungovala. Před domem stanoviště Grab. Letiště není daleko, kousek od domu molo na ostrovy.....
Je třeba vyčistit kachličky v koupelně, odpad v umývadle.
MYThe location is strategic and the homestay is very convenient especially for a family pax.
GBGood location, incredible view and nice to have access to the pool. Access to many restaurants and the jetty within less then 2 minutes.
A lot of cockroaches the first night… The bathroom smells a bit sewagey and there is some mold on the bottom of the door. Not the most equipment for cooking (2 hobs but 1 pan and a single butter knife and one cleaver) Also no washing up liquid was provided so I can’t imagine the equipment has been cleaned well by previous visitors… Deposit for the place is not easy to sort out and as a foreigner sending to the bank account provided normally charges a substantial fee which costs more then the actual deposit itself.
MYIt’s budget friendly, and self check in very convenient.
Unit itself condition really need to be concern and maintain, especially plenty of defect such as safety hazard at living room floor finish.
