CasaViva - Lovely Mini-Loft in Camogli with AC

- The location of the property is great in terms of attractions/restaurants and distance from train station - Host was pretty responsive - Aircon - Simple checkout

- The mattress was too soft it was very uncomfortable. Felt very cheap. - We had to move the mattress to the floor as it was just very uncomfortable on the sofa bed structure, and the floor under was actually horrendous. Very very dusty gross and and not cleaned at all. - There will be early ‘glass/trach’ collection in the morning and it is very loud. - The place is next to/ very close to a bar so it’s loud at night up until midnight ish on the days the bar is opened. - For 4 days 3 nights we got a tiny 20ml bottle of shampoo and soap (for two). We had to go purchase our own soap. - Likewise we had to buy our own toilet roll as what was given wasn’t enough for our length of stay. - You’re supposed to bring out the trash yourself else you get fined, which I’ve never had to do at any of my stays. Adds to the inconvenience. - There is an additional ‘cover charge’ of 80 EUR and council tax that wasn’t covered on booking.com so you can get a better place elsewhere for potentially the same price. - The check in process was inconvenient. We were told to walk up somewhere else past the airbnb to get ‘verified’ just to walk back again with our luggage. There was a verification process on the pre-check in already and this was just unnecessary in my opinion.

Perfectly located, super clean, nice bathroom and kitchen, modern, easy check in

We thought there's an extra bedroom based on the description, but it's just one room with a pull-out couch which is very uncomfortable - bendy and with an extremely soft mattress, so we slept on the floor. Very noisy, especially because of the trash containers at the parking lot in front of the building. It's like every cafe and restaurant is dumping their glass there at all times of the night, and then collectors picking it up at all times of the morning.

No breakfast included. Very good location.

The host said to call me, but did not. Very difficult with car.
