The Hummingbird House, Sauna & Mountain Views!

Everything was great from the ambiance, amenities, service, value, etc!

Fully entertaining and well thought out. There were plenty of space to relax and enjoy.

we really enjoy the place...

The house was great. I traveled with a bunch of teenage boys for the NXR SW cross country meet. As soon as we got there, they started looking for where they were going to sleep and then explored the backyard. When they got to the backyard, they immediately got distracted and started playing on the putting green, laying in the hammocks, and going to what I would call a zen garden. They temporarily forgot about their pre race workout and that they hadn't had dinner yet. They used the backyard, yoga studio, and neighborhood to finish their workout. The yoga studio was great for getting ready. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time for them to utilize the sauna because of the time we got to the property. There were so many options for food within 2 miles of the house, but unfortunately, they chose Chipotle instead of going to a place we don't have in our city. The yoga studio also worked really well as a place for them to play games and relax before calling it a night and getting ready for their race.

Everything about this place from the yoga studio to the garden out back and the rain shower in the bath room was perfect Ryan was extraordinary he was responsive and accommodating to my last minute reservation the house is beautiful

The Hummingbird was decorated beautifully and was very well maintained. Our favorite was the outdoor area!

At first we were concerned about the neighborhood but we had no troubles at all!

The house was not lacking in any amenities. It was very clean, 3 beds with tempur-pedic mattresses, decor was delightful, bathrooms with bidets, nice thick towels and toiletries, ceiling fans in all rooms, backyard was amazing and very relaxing. The water softener and filtered water dispenser was a very nice touch as was the new washer/dryer. Owner was very friendly, easy to contact.

Just a couple of minor problems but not a deal breaker; the king bed we used did not have a mattress pad. The tempur-pedic type mattress was in plastic cover with only the bottom sheet covering it which made it a bit warm and not very comfortable . I did put an extra bottom sheet over it which did help some. The kitchen was well equipped but could add smaller drinking glasses for juices, alcoholic beverages, etc.

It’s a called the hummingbird house and there are the cutest hummingbirds that come by the kitchen window to feed. It was like the perfect touch! This place was super clean upon arrival. Great decor and awesome backyard with a sauna and little golf area. We were in and out a lot so we didn’t get to really appreciate the house. However it was awesome. Ryan was prompt to resolve any questions or needs. Great stay and great experience. Definitely recommend.

The house was wonderfully decorated and was the perfect accommodation for 7-8 people! Great location. Ten minutes from the airport and was surrounded by restaurants and bars. The back yard was full of fun activities for the whole family, and was suitable for any time of the year. You can share a meal outside or sit by the fire pit. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped! And, of course, we enjoyed the regular visits from the hummingbirds! My family would highly recommend the Hummingbird House to stay at for a visit in Phoenix!

A majority of the restaurants closed around 8 pm. Bummer.
