La ubicación y espacios muy bien distribuidos. El personal muy amable y fácil de ubicar

The room was spacious, a bit hot but there is air-conditioning.

The self check-in process needs some major refining. The only message prior to our checking-in gave us three telephone numbers to call in case of a problem. When we arrived, there was no one. Thankfully, one of the three phone numbers answered and sent us video instructions on how to open a door. I think the code to the key box and which door the room is can easily be sent by message prior to arrival. It would save having to wait 20 minutes on the street. One other phone number replied 6 hours later with the same video; a bit late.

Todo bien.

L"appartamento é ampio e accogliente. La signora che dà le chiavi é disponibile e gentile. Il bagno é grande quanto basta. Potreste avere qualche problema solo se siete molto alti.

Le stoviglie scarse ,pulizia non impeccabile,ma qualche sbavatura può capitare. Nel complesso una ottima sistemazione.

En General todo muy bien, súper recomendable para una estancia en Chetumal.

Solo especificar que es planta Alta y colocar una cobija por si se llega a requerir
