VIP Vegas Haven Downtown & Strip

Place was clean and convenient. Plenty of dishes, linens, kitchen and bath stuff. Hosts were kind enough to let us check in a couple hours early. Feels like a safe place. Very small but affordable and decently comfortable.

“No noise or music allowed in backyard or hot tub AT ANY TIME. Neighbors love to complain.” This rule is posted inside the rental in 2 places and was texted to us again. But it’s never mentioned in the listing that you have to be absolutely quiet any time you use the backyard or hot tub. Honestly would not have rented the place. It made us feel uncomfortable just going outside, worried we might (gasp) make some noise. And after 10pm, you’re not allowed to use the hot tub at all. These rules should be stated up front. Also the Keurig coffee maker didn’t work.

We had a very sweet stay at Sin City in Las Vegas. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. It looks as though it has been recently upgraded and freshly painted. The furnishings and appliances are new. And, I loved the art work. The apartment itself is a granny flat that is attached to the main house. It is a block building, and therefore super quiet. I especially enjoyed the hot tub, which is located in our own private backyard. Our hosts provided robes, slippers, and beach towels for our use, which was a very nice and welcomed touch. The hosts were considerate and easy to communicate with, but at the same time gave us our privacy. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, just 3 miles away from the Palace Station, which was where we were attending a symposium. We were delighted to have a quiet, convenient, smoke free apartment to retreat to every evening after being in a busy ballroom and casino all day. Thank you, Sin City. We will be back!!!

Clean, convenient location. Loved the hot tub.

When I initially booked the property, the owner failed to disclose the use of cameras outside the property in the description-which is against Booking’s policy. I did contact the owner and was never told what was done with the footage of my boyfriend and I when we were in the hot tub. I do not think there should be cameras on the hot tub. That is a private area. Also did not like there is limited hours on using the hot tub, which also was not disclosed in the property description.
