Am avut o experiență foarte neplăcută la această cazare. Deși am rezervat pentru 6 persoane, gazda nu a pregătit suficiente locuri de dormit și nici măcar nu a asigurat seturi complete de lenjerie de pat – erau doar pentru 4 persoane. Când am semnalat problema, gazda nu doar că nu a încercat să găsească o soluție, dar a și răspuns într-un mod nepoliticos și lipsit de respect, susținând că trebuia anunțat din timp, deși rezervarea a fost făcută în aceeași zi, la ora 18:00, exact pentru numărul corect de persoane. Din păcate, lipsa de organizare și atitudinea gazdei au stricat experiența șederii. Nu recomand această locație pentru grupuri, întrucât nu se respectă condițiile rezervării și nu există deschidere pentru rezolvarea situațiilor apărute.

The flat lacked hot running water. We contacted the host a few times but nothing was done to correct the issue. It's really frustrating when you pay for a service and it's not provided. Definitely, this apartment is highly overrated. Do not buy into the hype.

It was right in the center of town and in a very convenient location. There are many restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. Although the apartment is located in a building that looks a little scary at first, we didn't experience any problems. The interior of the building was dirty, but the apartment itself was fine. It was nicely decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you need.

The only positive thing was the proximity to the main attractions in the old town. The owner was replying to our messages quickly but non of the problems was solved...

Unfortunately, because of the location, there was a lot of noise from neighbouring bars starting at 22:00 till 4-5:00am. Impossible to sleep even with the ear plugs. On top of this, we had no warm water for the last 2 days, we had to shower in cold water and when we arrived, twe could smell strong cigarette smoke although it was 'non-smokinhg' apartment.

Everything is within walking distance, rom historic squares and art galleries to a variety of restaurants, bakeries, and boutique stores. apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Smart TV and high-speed WiFi were perfect.

The apartment was very big and super clean. Location is also excellent — easy access to shops, metro, and restaurants.
