FRUn appartement élégant, propre, fonctionnel et calme, en plus d’être très frais malgré la chaleur estivale - nous n’avons pas allumé la climatisation une seule fois. L’hypercentre de Catane est à une petite dizaine de minutes à pieds. Communication efficace avec Francesco.
L’immeuble et ses abords ne sont pas très engageants, et comme indiqué dans d’autres évaluations, la porte d’entrée de la résidence est très difficile à ouvrir.

Impossible de se garer gratuitement, parking à 20€ par nuit. La propreté n’était pas parfaite et non avons retrouvé deux cafards dans le salon.
PLExcellent apartment in a nice quiet area of Catania. The apartment is located in the courtyard, there is a great place outside. thanks to the location there is no noise from the outside. Fast check-in, nice owner. Very clean, has everything you need for living. Very close to the sights and the Duomo square. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment, it exceeded our expectations
