1. The beach and water activities were absolutely fantastic. 2. The swimming pools are very clean. 3. The landscaping and green spaces are wonderful but require extra care.

1. The chefs at the pasta station were cooking pasta using unclean fryers. 2. The chefs at the snack bar were preparing sandwiches and serving fries with their bare hands, without gloves. 3. Rotten fruit was found during the buffet. 4. The furniture in the rooms was very old. 5. The minibar and air conditioning control switch were broken. 6. The walls and ceiling of the room were damp. 7. There were not enough lifeguards at the pool and water park.

The staff was exeptional! The resort activities were good! Kid friendly :D Lovely food!

The music was a bit too loud during the day and siesta time. Internet only in lobby.

Every thing is fine hotel fantastic really special thanks to me adel in reception and room is clean so clean

المحل كثير مريح استلمنا الغرف عالموعد كان كثير مرتب ومريح وطاقم العمل كثير مريح وما بخلوك تحتاج اشي مش مبالغه بس جد من احسن التجارب كمعامله من موظفين ولا غلطه ما بخلوك تحتاج اشي. وبالاخص الموظف توفيق الي كان ينظف الغرف شب ولا اروع عن هيك الغرف ديما نظيفه ما في ازعاج وشغلو مرتب وكل يوم كنا نحس انو اول يوم مستلمين الغرف نظافه ترتيب تزين غرف. نصيحه كل انسان بحجز يوخذ بالقسم الي بشتغل فيو توفيق. ونصيحه للفندق ديرو بالكوا على توفيق لانو عنجد كثير منيح وما بزعج وكثير مرتب حتى مع الاولاد كان منيح ويلعبهن. كل الاحترام لطاقم العمل محدا قصر. وبالاخص توفيق
