USLocation was sufficient. The beach was further than we thought, but ok.
The slippery stairway, the jacuzzi that never heated up, the shower water pressure low, the fridge took awhile to cool down, the hockey game could not be plugged in since not enough power in electric socket, and putting toilet paper in the trash even after a poop bothered me the most!

USThe house was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool so much. The beach is so close a two minute walk and so beautiful we were able to secure a banana boat ride and they picked us up right there at the beach.
There was very little to not like :) I think on our next trip we will bring some extra sheets and toilet paper and blankets. The last time we visited Rocky Point at a different place we had the same problem. Also there is a water shortage, but the water lasted until just before we left so we were not able to wash dishes.

Old or outdated appliances in kitchen, the air unit in the living room would shut off every day around 7pm and would not stay on for more than 5-10mins when turned on, this would go on the remainder of every evening and would cause the whole living room/kitchen area to become extremely warm or hot and uncomfortable. When it was working (only during the day) the dining room and kitchen would always be hotter than the living room area, most likely due to the windows or the domed ceiling in dining room and lacking proper insulation or windows. The front door does not seat well in the door jamb and seems like it was either poorly done or has been broken into before. The sunroom that goes to the upstairs terrace was extremely warm and lacked any type of air unit and was unusable to sit in.
