My dad just landed from Negros to visit his daughter/my sister in the ICU and went straight to the property. He was told that there were no guest name and no authorization. There was no effort to reach out to me. It was only one communication and with me dealing with other matters in connection to my sister's predicament it looks like I was not timely enough to monitor my emails. I guess they do not really care because they get the money anyway. I ended looking for another accommodation because my dad has nowhere else to stay and I asked him to go straight to the hospital instead with his luggage. A waste of money not being refunded while spending another amount for another accommodation instead of being able to use it for medical bills. This is really wrong and must change. The fact that there was no cancellation initiated and was fully paid for 7 days, it just means that the guest is coming. My dad also arrived the day of the check in date. No respect for other people's hard earned money as shown by the little if not minimal effort to reach out. I do not recommend staying in this property!!! You will end up not accessing the property and you will not be refunded even if you are forced to cancel because no one will show up!!!

Breeding Dam to 10 days of girls and I .. Condo was dirty, kitchen oily, wash masina unusable: desolate water tube, wifi worked only 2 days, The contact person was not informed that I had paid the full price price and asked me to pay again. I had proof of paying.Booking com; They take 1000 pH as a deposit, for any damage or too much electricity consumption .. I have never experienced anywhere. CHEK OUT is 12-1pm. I waited up to 4; 30pm to come Stuff and give me back my 1000 pH. If I had some flight or similar in those 4 hours of waiting. I would have made my 1000 pH deposits. Mostly very bad experience. Avoid that condo .This is Tower 4 .6 Flor. Condo number 0607.

I was not accommodated here. They told us they cannot let us in to the property as it was a last minute booking. That was understandable. They promised to initiate the refund, but over a week later I still didn't get any response to the numerous messages I sent them through here and the number on file. I called a number of times too, no answer after that day. It's a hopeless case. Waste of money, I think I just got scammed by this listings manager.

I Like the Location.

What I don't like is that they don't answer calls and messages quickly, and their unit lacks equipment, the equipment is also dirty, there is no bedsheet, no blanket, the cabinets are broken, the chairs, utensils are not clean, There are cockroaches, the electric fan is dirty, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month or more, and their window cover is short enough to cover the door, and the trash cans has no trash bags inside, it's also dusty.
