This was our third stay here. We love Stoupa and the apartment, but unfortunately, the requests expressed in the reviews by other users of this apartment are not being addressed. These are small things and easy to change, yet nothing changes.

The issue of water leaking from the shower has been raised numerous times, but nothing has changed. The drain is still weak (clogged?), and water is pouring onto the bathroom floor. Only two cutting knives are available, unfortunately not sharp enough. One decent extra knife could be purchased, which isn't a major expense. Users also requested reading lamps in the bedroom, but unfortunately, they weren't available either.

Die Wohnung war super sauber und hatte einen tollen Lage. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Zudem war sie richtig gut ausgestattet. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Host war schnell und sehr freundlich.

Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber! Zwei Sofas und ein großer Esstisch. Alles noch recht neu. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequeme Betten. Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es am Wohnzimmer einen überdachten Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen und einem Wäscheständer. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Bewertungen, dass der Balkon zu klein ist, sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Es fehlen leider Nachttischlampen. In den Schlafzimmern ist nur eine sehr helle Deckenlampe, kein Licht zum lesen. Der Eingang neben der Sprachschule ist etwas komisch, gefühlt haben alle zugeschaut beim Schlüssel aus der Box holen, aber es stört nicht weiter und nach 22 Uhr ist es ruhig.

Lage ideal, es hat einen eigenen Parkplatz

This is the perfect location and size for us as a family of 4. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurant. Had the lots of space and I loved that it had a balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The shower had no hook so had to hold the shower head while using it.

Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα (κουζινικά σκεύη, τσάι, καφέ, λάδι, χαρτικά, επιπλέον κλινοσκεπάσματα, πετσέτες, αντικουνουπικά, κλιματισμός σε όλους τους χώρους, smart tv, σίτες, πλυντήριο, φωτεινό, άνετο, μοντέρνο, ωραία χρώματα, ωραίο και δροσερό χώρο ειδικά το πρωί για κάθισμα στην βεράντα, ντουλάπες, parking). Βρίσκεται στην αρχή του χωριού δίνοντας την δυνατότητα αποφυγής κίνησης για εκδρομές εκτός Στούπας ενώ παράλληλα είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική παραλία του χωριού. 20 μέτρα απέναντι από το δωμάτιο έχει και ένα φούρνο με υπέροχα φαγώσιμα ενώ επίσης πολύ κοντά υπάρχει super market.

Είναι λίγο ακριβό σε σχέση με την τοποθεσία (δεν έχει θέα θάλασσα, βρίσκεται πάνω από κατάστημα ποδηλάτων και ασφαλιστικό πρακτορείο, μεσοτοιχία με φροντιστήριο ξένων γλωσσών, πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο του χωριού). Η βρύση του νιπτήρα έτρεχε εξαιρετικά λίγο νερό σε σχέση με τις άλλες ενώ η ντουζιέρα ξεχείλιζε μέσα από το σχετικό προστατευτικό τζάμι με συνέπεια να χρειάζεται να έχουμε μια μόνιμη βρεγμένη πετσέτα στο σημείο. Θα μπορούσε να έχει και 1 τουλάχιστον πορτατίφ σε κάθε κρεβατοκάμαρα (είχε μόνο το κεντρικό φως).
