The LIVE MAGGOTS that were crawling everywhere and the trash outside the door upon check-in! I was traumatized! I notified the host, who offered me another room but refused and left the property. I demanded that I be relocated to another property in which they accommodated. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life!

Dirty , drug addicts arguing right next to my check in , couldn’t check in at time stated and giving a place 45 min later to only not be happy , was late for appointment just overall a terrible experience, yall need to take this place off the app seriously it’s a joke … just nasty & horrible better yet if you don’t take it off charge people 40$ a night cause that’s what it is a roach motel

The first location was not clean so I was sent to another property. That one was much nicer. It had all the necessary amenities and the area is nice and quiet.

There was a weird smell at the second property outside but other than that everything was nice.

The inside was cute.

Only one ac in the living room. Hairs all over the restroom toilet and floors. Restroom smelled like marijuana. There was a man who was being disrespectful to me right before I even got into the apartment. There was a drug deal right outside the apartment. The apartment is located in the south side, which apparently means the “hood” side. When I expressed my concerns about the drug deal and asked for a refund, I was never given a response. The person in charge of the stay said to voice my concerns with her but I was never able to call, only text and nothing was resolved.

Amazing location, very attentive staff, very home-like feel.

Many things were either not working or stopped working soon after check-in. However, things were typically fixed or replaced relatively quickly.

Love everything me and my kids been homeless and Ms Angie def has a heart of gold. The rooms goes fast so if you don’t pay in advance somebody might book before you but other than that my stay was a 10/10
