Lovely decor, spacious, comfortable & luxurious..

Tiny point but maybe include some towel hooks / rails. Bath plug needs checking.

Cobwebs all over the studio, walls marked need repainted, carpet hadn't been vacuumed still had crisps and dog hairs on it especially around sofa area also black mould on shower silicone

The concept was unique and loved the copper bath also the space was great. Finding the key to enter, was easy and instructions given was easy to understand. Communication was good when I message except for the lighting question. I did receive a message the next day saying that my points raised would be rectified. Hopefully that will happen.

Provisions listed was not there condiments etc, also would have liked a bit more of a starter pack. No toilet paper was provided. With it being listed as luxury accommodation I would have expected attention to more provisions coffee etc. nothing for the coffee machine was provided. Toilet seat broken on arrival. Found two broken glasses so only one wine glass to drink from. Ended up using cocktail glasses. Mood lighting not working. Internet very slow. Bit of a better finish to walls as a hole in the wall did not give a good look. Also marks on a dark wall I can appreciate is difficult to keep on top of. Attention to detail to the whole place I would have liked to been better.
