Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable.

The outlets in bathroom(room 511) did not work, so it made getting ready for an event challenging. Tiles falling off the wall in bathroom, blood or something red smeared under lip/edge of bathroom mirror, and tiles falling off of the floor/trim at elevator on 5th floor. It seems maintenance needs to address many of these issues.

Great value for money, comfortable bed and spacious room

No full length mirror in the room, had to stand in the shower to get a decent look at yourself in the bathroom mirror

Location was great for what we wanted to do in South Austin. Rates were okay- can always improve. They were able to accommodate our request to have rooms near each other

Breakfast eggs were inedible. Pool was broken. Curtains missing in our room making it very bright at night. Doors slammed when closing. Afternoon coffee cold
