Villa La Valencia Beach Resort & Spa Los Cabos

Breakfast was fairly basic and the same every day, not too many options. Which got tiring after only a few days.

Didn’t like that there were certain things that were not included in the meal plans. I always had to feel like I had to check if it was included or not. I didn’t like the fact that they tried to get us to sign up for their partner plans and attend a 90min workshop. I didn’t like that I had to make reservations every night for dinner.

Beautiful resort with nice rooms and a great pool area. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Much more quiet than other resorts I've stayed at in Cabo.

You will get bugged about buying a timeshare (or as they call it, "vacation club"). It really just takes you out of the vacation feeling. Just say no from the start. It's not worth the time you'll spend being sold to.

The rooms are very nice. The balcony of our room was large and amazing. The lazy river is wonderful as are the pools and hot tubs.

The food was sub par...small selection and just mediocre. Needed more lounge chairs by the pools. You had to get up early to secure one or you ended up in the shade

The location was beautiful. The pools were lovely. They had a great lounge area by the beach, but you had to get there early enough to get a seat. There was maybe only 30 chairs and they filled up quick. The food was good. The all-inclusive was definitely worth it because it was really expensive if you ate outside of that if you didn’t get the all inclusive. The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was the room wasn’t cleaned three out of the seven days that we were there. And we were told our fridge would be filled with beverages and snacks every day and they missed three days of those.

Housekeeping didn’t come three out of the seven days that we were there. The snacks and drinks that they told us would be filled wouldn’t be filled three out of the seven days we were there. The room came with a washing machine but it had a very loud metal on metal sound when we ran at the one time. There was no water filter in the room so if you wanted water you had to call and ask them to bring bottled water.
