After having a little mishap with other property bookings, this department came to save the day. That all for absolutely amazing really really really helpful. The property in itself is exceptional extremely clean very spacious what you see is what you get more. I will definitely be booking again and as an extra they even threw an extra 25% off for me for the next time i stay. They are extremely understanding had a bit of a family mishap which required for me to extend my checkout time they were extremely helpful. They didn’t even charge me for the extra hour, which I’m so grateful for. Honestly, the list can go on this is exactly how a stay should go they should continue doing what they’re doing because they are aceing it.

Comfortable beds

Stayed for 3 weeks. Not enough equipment in kitchen. No oven trays. No utensils apart from knives and forks. Was dirty when I got there. Under beds and cupboards I found socks, deflated balloons, earrings and other weird items that showed the cleaners had not vacuumed underneath anything. Blood stained bed sheets!!!! Riffy. I used to clean air BnBs and this would not have been acceptable. The worst part was the downstairs door was not secured properly and every day and night, there were a large group of youthes hanging around on the stairwell smoking weed. It was very intimidating for myself and teenage daughter and even though repeatedly complained about it, nothing was done.

Could have been cleaner, some stains on the carpet, and the tea bags left were dirty and unusable

The heating wasn’t amazing. Rubbish from The previous guests was still there

Building entrance door handle broken which left the main building door open all day.
