Très mauvaise expérience. L’appartement est sombre, le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas.(nous avons loyer pour ca mais aucune bulle rien) Mais le plus gros problème a été la responsable qui nous a remis les clés : elle a été extrêmement désagréable et irrespectueuse. Comme nous ne parlons pas italien, nous avons essayé de communiquer en anglais, mais elle s’est mise à nous crier dessus au lieu de nous aider. Ce manque de respect est inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement ce logement à cause de l’accueil et du comportement de la responsable.

The host met us when we couldn't locate the facility down the corridor. Someone that lives there helped us locate the correct door. The location was close to a nice cathedral, park, piazza, restaurants, and harbor. The bed was moderately comfortable.

The mold around the tub is unacceptable, and there is a great deal of it all around it. The lock stuck for a concerning moment. A light switch is shorting out in the living area. A hanging battery light with a missing cover for the closet. Our socks were dirty after walking around the apartment. An empty juice box was left behind a bookcase. There was no reception for our phone service. We couldn't call out. The internet/ wifi did not work. The photos look much better than the actual facility.
