MYMYMYAt the last minute, I was told to switch units, but I’m unsure if it has the same design as my original booking. My check-in was also delayed due to cleaning. On arrival, my parking spot was taken by the same car daily. The guard told me to report it to the agent, but the agent told me to inform the guard—no solution in the end. The master bedroom’s aircon wasn’t working. The agent claimed no previous complaints and promised a technician, but there were no updates. When I followed up, they told me to contact the technician myself. At last no aircon in the master bedroom until I check out.

1. The sink in the guest toilet - it was leaking non stop 2. When we entered, the rooms and washing machine room was wet. 3. It doesn’t have WiFi 4. The 3 seated sofa was in a bad shape
