Sicula home in the city center - Happy Rentals

spacious, clean, comfortable apartment, well located with parking nearby, easy to access with very simple instructions. We enjoyed our stay, I recommend it.

Spacious bedrooms, all nicely prepared including the Welcome part;) fully equiped above expectations. Everyone very helpful and always there to give an advise. Great location, only few minutes from Center, very close to bus stops, train station etc. We had everything we needed 😊🤗 thank you very much. We will come back!

The apartment was nice, rooms were huge and comfortable. The wifi was good in all the rooms. Having three bedrooms with two bathrooms was great for our group. The kitchen itself was clean and well stocked, the bathrooms where clean and also well stocked with linens. The location is good, about a ten minute walk to the city center and a few minutes in the opposite direction to the sea. There is a small terrace at the door with a table and chair. The apartment had a washing machine and laundry line. There are a few shops (great wine shop) and other eateries close by. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

There is no seating room in the apartment besides the kitchen. The instructions to get the keys were clear but at night it was a little daunting to find everything. There are a lot of narrow stairs to reach the apartment (there is a lift but it's not for this apartment). The power went out 2 times but the manager responded quickly to get it back on and showed us where to turn it on again if it went out again.

the stairs were kinda hard to climb with big suitcases but the apartment was fabulous. clean,and specious. A nice courtyard,patio and very close to the nus station. we would go back there. Vincenzo,the contact person was very responsive. Anything you need hes there for you. Thanks for all

The place was spacious, clean and very convenient, just 5 minutes from the main bus and train stations. It featured everything needed, the rooms were big and comfy, and spotless. The decorations were typically Sicilian and made the experience even more authentic.

The bathrooms were too small, the shower cabin can barely fit a person inside. The AC in the triple room wasn’t able to manage with the heat and the beds were a little too hard for my taste. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

a lot of stairs to climb (the elevator doesn't work), it's a bit cold in the apartment, you can feel the lack of central heating in the apartment, there are only air conditioners

The bedrooms are really large and accommodating, the apartment has almost all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located near the city centre, and it is a great starting point to explore not only Catania, but even Sicily, given the fact that you can park on the street with a small fee and not worry about ZTL. The communication with the host was also great.

I didn't appreciate that the apartment is located at 2nd floor, you can't use the elevator, and you have to climb a lot of stairs. Also, the entrance is through a balcony and it can be hazardous for small children. The size of the bathrooms was a little issue, but at least there are two fully equipped bathrooms. Also, there are no warm bed quilts. We tried to warm the rooms with the air conditioning, but it wasn't enough.
