Location was brilliant, right near everything we wanted to see. The apartment was lovely had everything you could want.

Bed was too hard for me but I'm fussy and need a soft bed. The only down side for us was the parking and the lack of charging for EV. One late afternoon we couldn't get a space in the car park and needed to charge our car before going home. When we eventually got a space later that night the chargers kept cutting out.

The position, easy access to parking, clean, furniture new.

Kitchen area very small, cutlery not very clean

Lovely and spacious with a great deck flowing out from the living area. Loved there were good cooking pans, knives etc and also the basics like salt, pepper, oil. Good communication with host.

The water pressure but no big deal really. Would have loved a washing machine but again not a big deal

The property appears to have been recently renovated to an extremely high standard. It was perfect for a couple like ourselves. It was well equipped, very comfortable and super clean, with nice touches like tea, coffee, sugar, washing up accessories etc. We literally could not fault anything. Location was perfect too with many shops and pubs right on your doorstep, plus lots to do within a half hour drive. An amazing few days! The letting agent, Steve, was very responsive to messages.

The central location

The fact that there were NO fire instructions in the the event that there was one. No signs at all or instructions. Being that you are in a flat and if the fire was in the stairwell how would we get out. And on asking were told the instructions were on booking.com. NOT. And when message booking.com customer service we had no response. Totally worrying. Our balcony looked out onto a roof and was a small roof and closed in it was quite concerning.
