Fantastic Large 2 X Bedroom Flat, Free Parking

Found it too hot to sleep at night, even though bedroom window was open. The fan provided wasnt working properly

Stairs bit steep if you were travelling with child or infirm. We managed fine.

Door into the building needs consideration re safety standards. Often needed key to get out from inside - dangerous if a fire. Also only one set of keys which did cause some issues for us.

Big 2 bedroom flat. Top floor so quiet in an a large Victorian (?) house. Clean, well equipped and about 100m walk from shops, bars and restaurants.

The flat was just as pictured and the location was very good for someone wanting to visit Sale and even using it as a home base to make day trips to nearby towns. There were very tasty dining options, the town square, two grocery stores, the tram station, and even the post office nearby. Just the opposite way was a nice little park as well. Paul was very responsive and such a pleasant person to chat with. I will be looking to stay at his flat again if we make our way to Sale again. The Wi-Fi worked great as well for when some work had to be done with a video call. I highly recommend Linguine, Wood Fire Smoke, Off the Hook, Rudy’s, a few of the smaller cafes such as Bita and Seven (for English breakfast), and this large restaurant in Stanley Square (best burger in the area).

The flat is on the top floor, which is three flights of stairs, and lot access is also up some stairs. If you are older, have joint issues, or a disability, then unfortunately this flat isn’t for you.

Great location, great host. They offered us an extra bed to make sure we had a comfortable stay and not many adults had to share a bed which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again! The flat was very clean and great.

The apartment was great. masses of space, well-equipped and just perfect for what we needed. The host was great (again!) and was always there if needed. Will be back again next year!

Central location and the amount of space. Landlord was accessible when needed and very friendly and helpful Tea, milk and coffee available on arrival

Up two flights of stairs Sofa bed was so uncomfortable it was unusable Freezer could do with being defrosted and cleaned

Property exceeded expectations, everything was clean and tidy on arrival. The hospitality and help from the owner was brilliant.
